- Our politic: If the package is returned to us because the customer put the wrong address (Or did not put APT number) the customer will have to pay extra cost, and pay the return shipping of the package. We are not responsible if any product arrives damaged or lost. Packages are always sent as "priority" and insurance covers up to $100 dollars! In case something arrives damaged, contact the mail.
